Our prices are meant for 2 persons per day
The Südtirol Guest Pass is available for our guests from 01th january 2024 until 31th december 2024
Good to know...
- Minimum stay 7 nights
- Arrival and departure always on Saturdays
- Tourist tax of € 2,90 per person per day (except children under 14 years) is not included.
- We calculate € 12,00 per day for every additional person.
- Children under 6 get a discount.
- The charge for final cleaning is € 40,00.
- Prices include all additional charges such as power, heating etc.
- Breakfast roll delivery service on demand.
- Free WIFI connection in all apartments.
- We charge a daily rate of € 11,00 for dogs (without food). They are not allowed on the sunbathing area.
- Cancellation conditions: Italian Hotel Contracting Conditions will be applied. We recommend to all of our guests to take out a supplemental holiday cancellation insurance. For more information click here »
- The bus stop for the visitor shuttle as well as for public buses is located very close to our house.

What is the Südtirol Guest Pass?
The Südtirol Guest Pass includes a number of services:
• Use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network: all city and extra urban buses
• Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brennero-Trento, Malles-San Candido)
The card is not valid on Italian InterRegional trains or on OEBB, DB, Eurostar or Intercity trains.
• The PostBus Switzerland between Malles and Müstair
• The cable cars to Renon , Maranza, Meltina, Verano and Colle
• The narrow gauge railway in Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain
• One free admission to about 80 museums in South Tyrol
